Request deletion of a CKP app account

Use this page to request deletion of an account and associated data for TradeLedger, Piston, Flat Rate Tracker, or another CKP product.

Before You Submit

For security, CKP verifies deletion requests before removing account data. If you can still access the product, the fastest path is to submit the request while signed in or from the email address used for the account.

What We Delete

Your app account and profile details.
Organization or business settings tied to the account where applicable.
Product data entered into the account, such as customers, documents, jobs, work orders, notes, and settings.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. Retained records are limited to what is reasonably necessary.

Verification

We may send a confirmation email to the account email address or ask you to confirm details about the account before completing deletion. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
