Using CKP Products

CKP provides focused software tools for automotive technicians, repair shops, contractors, trade businesses, and related small-business workflows. You are responsible for how you use the products and for the accuracy of information you enter.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by CKP systems or our own breach of these Terms.
• You may not access another user account or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Some CKP products may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, or paid add-ons.
• Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown in the product or on the applicable product page.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the product billing flow.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into CKP products. You give CKP permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the products.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with CKP websites, products, networks, or security systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, billing controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Do not use CKP products to violate laws, regulations, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

Documents, Calculations, and Business Decisions

CKP products may help you create estimates, contracts, invoices, work records, reports, totals, pay calculations, or other business documents. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them. CKP does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, or professional advice.

Contract Language, Work Orders, and Approvals

TradeLedger may help organize contract-style documents, terms, acceptance language, payment notes, and signature areas. Piston may help organize repair orders, work orders, service recommendations, approvals, payment notes, and customer authorization workflows. Whether any document, work order, approval, or authorization is legally binding depends on the terms, parties, project or repair, facts, and applicable law. You should have an attorney create or review the legal language and authorization language used by your business.

Third-Party Services

Our products may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, email, authentication, payments, storage, security, or other operations. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service Availability

We work to keep CKP websites and products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, data delays, or feature changes may occur.

Changes to Products

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, products, pricing, or access where needed to operate the business, improve the products, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse a product, create security risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the products in a way that could harm CKP, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

CKP websites and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CKP Capital, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, employment disputes, billing mistakes, or business decisions made using product outputs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CKP websites or products after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
