Using CKP Products

CKP provides focused software tools for automotive technicians, repair shops, contractors, trade businesses, study preparation, and related small-business workflows. You are responsible for how you use the products and for the accuracy of information you enter.

Flat Rate Tracker

Flat Rate Tracker is the account-based product that syncs work records across signed-in web, iOS, and Android clients. It is separate from Flat Rate Tracker One.

• Personal plans may include Solo and Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Team plans may be offered for shared shop seats and are billed on the web.
• New personal accounts may begin with a free Pro trial for the period shown in the product. Trial availability and length can change.
• Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Team billing is managed by the Team owner on the web.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the applicable billing channel (web Account manage-subscription flow, App Store subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions).
• Refunds follow the rules of the store or payment provider that charged you. CKP does not invent separate refund guarantees in these Terms.
• You are responsible for your account credentials, Team invitations you send, and the accuracy of work orders, flagged hours, pay settings, and other records you enter.
• Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
• Account deletion removes access to synced account data subject to retention needs described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Flat Rate Tracker One

Flat Rate Tracker One is a separate offline app sold as a one-time purchase through Apple or Google. It does not require a Flat Rate Tracker account for day-to-day use and does not provide cloud sync with Flat Rate Tracker.

• Day-to-day records are stored locally on the device. You are responsible for creating manual backups (Data & Backup) if you want a copy you control.
• Device or OS backup features may or may not transfer local data, depending on platform settings and eligibility. Automatic restoration is not guaranteed.
• There is no recurring subscription requirement for Flat Rate Tracker One’s one-time unlock model.
• Refunds and purchase restoration follow Apple’s or Google’s store rules and tools.
• Uninstalling without a backup can permanently erase local records.

FRT Prep

FRT Prep is an independent study application developed by CKP Capital, LLC. FRT Prep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

ASE and related certification names, trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. References to ASE certifications are used solely to identify the examinations for which this independent educational material is intended.

FRT Prep is not an official ASE preparation product and does not contain actual ASE certification examination questions or confidential exam materials. All practice questions and explanations are independently developed.

Use of FRT Prep does not guarantee successful completion of any ASE certification examination. Study results depend on your preparation, experience, and the official exam administered by ASE or other testing authorities.

FRT Prep is designed so study progress is stored locally on your device and does not require a Flat Rate Tracker or CKP account. If you uninstall the app, clear app data, lose your device, or restore a backup that does not include local app storage, your local progress may be permanently lost.

FRT Prep is upcoming. We may update question banks, lessons, explanations, and other study content to correct errors or improve quality. Content availability can change over time.

• G1 (Automobile Maintenance and Light Repair) study content is planned to be available without purchase.
• Additional certification study guides (such as A1–A8 and L1) are planned as optional one-time unlocks, not subscriptions. Availability, pricing, and unlock status will be shown in the app store listing and in-app purchase screens when those products are offered. Possible future areas may include A9, L2, L3, or other ASE series; those are not launch commitments.
• When paid unlocks are offered, purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Entitlement management may use RevenueCat. Until public store purchases and in-app restore are fully enabled, preview or simulated unlock controls in development builds do not change a real store purchase. Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase restoration follow the applicable store’s rules and tools. CKP does not process FRT Prep card payments directly.

ASE Names and Trademarks

Where these Terms or CKP products refer to ASE or ASE certification series (including names such as G1, A1–A8, L1, and similar designations), those references identify third-party certification examinations for educational orientation only.

CKP Capital, LLC does not claim ownership of ASE names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or other protected materials. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ASE intellectual property, and nothing in these Terms constitutes authorization from ASE to use such materials.

CKP products that mention ASE certifications are independently developed study or business tools and are not official ASE products.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date when a product uses accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by CKP systems or our own breach of these Terms.
• You may not access another user account or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Flat Rate Tracker One and FRT Prep do not require a CKP account for day-to-day study or offline work-order use.

Google OAuth and Connected Accounts

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google account to a CKP product, you authorize CKP to request and use the Google account permissions shown in the Google consent flow for the feature you choose to use. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect that Google account and for managing or revoking that access through your Google Account permissions. Flat Rate Tracker One and FRT Prep do not use Google sign-in for day-to-day use.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Some CKP products may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, or paid add-ons. Flat Rate Tracker uses subscription plans as described above.
• Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown in the product or on the applicable product page.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the product billing flow or the applicable app store subscription settings.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply.
• Flat Rate Tracker One is a one-time store purchase model, not a recurring CKP subscription.
• FRT Prep paid unlocks, when offered, are intended as one-time app-store purchases rather than CKP-managed subscriptions.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into CKP products. You give CKP permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the products. For Flat Rate Tracker One and FRT Prep, study or work activity is intended to remain on your device except for store purchase/entitlement verification and software update delivery described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

CKP Capital, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its websites, software products, services, technology, designs, interfaces, graphics, logos, product names, service names, and other branding, except for content or materials owned by users or third parties.

Flat Rate Tracker, Flat Rate Tracker One, FRT Prep, OwnTrade, Piston, and their associated logos, designs, and branding are used by CKP Capital, LLC as product names, trademarks, service marks, or trade names, as applicable. CKP Capital, LLC expressly reserves all rights in its names and branding, including rights arising through use in commerce under applicable common law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest, license, or other right to use CKP Capital, LLC's trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Services as intended.

You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, register, or use CKP Capital, LLC's names, logos, or branding in a manner that is likely to cause confusion regarding the source, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of any product, service, website, or application.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. See “ASE Names and Trademarks” above for ASE-related references.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with CKP websites, products, networks, or security systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, billing controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Do not use CKP products to violate laws, regulations, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially republish FRT Prep study content outside the app except as allowed by applicable law.

Documents, Calculations, and Business Decisions

CKP products may help you create estimates, contracts, invoices, work records, reports, totals, pay calculations, or other business documents. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them. CKP does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, or professional advice.

Contract Language, Work Orders, and Approvals

OwnTrade may help organize contract-style documents, terms, acceptance language, payment notes, and signature areas. Piston may help organize repair orders, work orders, service recommendations, approvals, payment notes, and customer authorization workflows. Whether any document, work order, approval, or authorization is legally binding depends on the terms, parties, project or repair, facts, and applicable law. You should have an attorney create or review the legal language and authorization language used by your business.

Third-Party Services

Our products may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, email, authentication, payments, storage, security, app distribution, purchase entitlements, over-the-air updates, or other operations. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service Availability

We work to keep CKP websites and products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, data delays, or feature changes may occur. Offline-capable products such as Flat Rate Tracker One and FRT Prep may still require internet access for initial download, store purchases, purchase restoration, or app updates.

Changes to Products

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, products, pricing, or access where needed to operate the business, improve the products, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse a product, create security risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the products in a way that could harm CKP, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

CKP websites and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Study and practice products do not guarantee exam outcomes or certification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CKP Capital, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, failed exams, employment disputes, billing mistakes, or business decisions made using product outputs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CKP websites or products after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
